I’ve seen 3 negative reactions to this pandemic: Fear of getting sick or spreading it to someone in your life who is vulnerable Financial fear Depressed or low mood from the social isolation In this video I discuss 5 things you can do to help manage the anxiety, fear and loneliness 1. Focus on what you CAN control 2. Find creative ways to virtually connect with people 3. Keep a structured day, even if you are not working 4. Limit you time watching the news 5.
