3 Signs That Most Depressed People Have

Depression comes with a number of symptoms that that cause a certain level of impairment in your day to day functioning. I talk about what it means to have functional impairment in this video on What is a Normal Depression? https://youtu.be/9RtYX7p3MKw

So anyone of these symptoms in isolation doesn’t establish depression. Instead, the way to think of it is people with depression usually have one of these symptoms along with several other symptoms like sleep problems, irritability, inability to enjoy things, trouble focusing, etc.
