Look forward to frozen cocktail flights, burgers, and dill pickle dip
The second outpost of Memorial City favorite State Fare Bar and Kitchen will officially make its debut in Sugar Land this week.
Originally expected to debut in Fall 2019, the restaurant is set to kick open the doors at 15930 City Walk in Sugar Land Town Square on Wednesday, July 8, according to a press release. In keeping with Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s Open Texas plan, the restaurant will open at 50 percent capacity inside a massive 6,000 square foot space, along with patio seating for outdoor dining.
State Fare executive chef Justin Yoakum will also oversee the kitchen at the Sugar Land restaurant, which will serve an extensive menu of Southern dishes like gumbo, Fritos chili pie, and the popular “H-Town Hot” fried chicken. Brunch and a late night menu, offered from 9:30 p.m. until close, are also on offer, along with frozen cocktail flights and other boozy cocktails.
State Fare will open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Saturday from 10 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Takeout and curbside pickup are available.
