Hotbox will serve weed-themed brownies, mac and cheese, and more dishes for delivery only
Hotbox by Wiz, the delivery-only restaurant from rapper and noted stoner Wiz Khalifa will soon debut in Houston.
The rapper’s new ghost kitchen will sling a variety of Khalifa’s personal favorite munchie-worthy dishes, most of which have weed-themed name. There’s the Blazed Ends, crispy, burnt brisket ends smothered in a smoky-sweet BBQ sauce, a mac and cheese dish named after his massive hit song “Black and Yellow” and a turkey burger topped with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. For dessert, options like the “Mile High” chocolate brownie are on offer.
Hotbox isn’t the first business foray outside of entertainment for the musician. Previously, he launched his own strain of weed, Khalifa Kush, plus a line of marijuana-infused products and concentrates. No word yet on if he plans to combine his love of food and cannabis into a line of edibles.
Hotbox will be available on UberEats, Doordash, Postmates and Grubhub starting on October 1, not just in Houston but other major cities, including Denver, Chicago, San Diego and New York.
